Shipping policy
All orders will be processed within X to X business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll also receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs that need to be calculated: Your order shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Simple Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 to shipping regions.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $80 within shipping coverage. For orders under $80, we charge a $6.99 local delivery shipping fee.

Shipping costs for customized products are not included.

The delivery time is [delivery time] on [available date]. We will send you a text message at the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

The delivery time span for international deliveries can be longer (e.g. 8 to 20 days), as expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) and incur additional charges. If you are charged these fees, Neonawall will not be responsible and all costs will be borne by you.

How do I check the status of my order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. There may be a 48-hour delay in tracking information.

If you have not received your order within X days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email neonawall@outlook.com with your name and order number and we will help you with the confirmation.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If the item is in good condition, we will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item for the full order price minus return shipping.

Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

If you receive any damage to your package, please send an email to neonawall@outlook.com as soon as possible, with a photo of your order number and the condition of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a solution that satisfies you.
